JShenzhen Jinling Electronics was established 2001 and specialized in R&D and manufacturing of precision connectors,industrial terminal blocks and cable assemblies. Jinling Electronics deals with pin and female headers, IDC connectors, micromatches, SATA connectors, SCSI, BTB, card sockets, pogo pins, PCMC, box headers, ejector headers, mini jumpers, FPC, wafers and housings, D-sub, terminal blocks, USB devices, DIN41612 and slot connectors. We have over 10 series with more than 1,000 models for you to choose from. Products are widely used in:industrial and power control, electronic communications, security, LED photoelectric, liquid crystal display, inverter, servo system, medical equipment, automotive electronics, computer motherboards, printers,electronic toys, all kinds of consumer electronics, electrical appliances and other industries,provide reliable connectors for domestic and foreign customers.
Monthly Capacity of 30 Million Pieces
Our five factories cover 15,000 square meters and house 600 employees. With these resources, we turn out 30 million female headers monthly. We have 20 R&D engineers with 10 years of experience. They release up to three new models a month and design new models based on clients' requests within one month by using advanced R&D equipment such as X-strata920 devices from Oxford Instrument in the UK.
Our electroplating can reach AU0.8 to AU1.0 micro inch while most of our competitors only provide AU0.6 micro inch. Also, we strictly adhere to ISO 9001:2014 and ISO14001:2015 guidelines and obtained the UL ,TUV,ITAF16949 and also Rosh certificate for our items. Quality is controlled by our 42 QC staff with 5 years of experience on average. Plus, a warranty of one year is offered.
All Processes are Done In-house
All processes from plastic molding, terminal stamping, tooling manufacturing, terminal electroplating to finished item packing are done in-house, allowing us to guarantee quality and save cost. We also make goods with PA6T material which can sustain high temperature though clients' just request for normal PBT material. We also have injection molding machines from Nissei of Japan and molding machines from LK Machinery of China to complete your needs.
